The Walker offers a variety of convenient options to pay your rent. You may pay online in your resident portal via the web or mobile app. You can even set up auto-pay! Checks and money orders are also accepted in the Leasing Office. We are not permitted to accept cash.Â

Parking at The Walker is provided on a first-come, first-served basis within the Walnut Street parking deck, conveniently attached to the building. Residents can typically find available spots, as the deck closes to non-residents once it reaches capacity. Each floor of the building offers two points of entry, and in the event parking is unavailable on a particular floor, residents have access to two interior elevators within the building and two elevators within the parking deck for easy access.
